Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, this policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Custom Printed Products

All products produced by PrintEverything are custom-made and personalised.

Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Faulty or Damaged Items

A replacement or refund will be offered if:

  • The product is faulty
  • There is a printing error caused by us
  • The item is damaged during delivery

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence.

No Refunds For

  • Customer-approved artwork errors
  • Low-resolution or incorrect files supplied by the customer
  • Colour differences caused by screen settings
  • Change of mind after artwork approval
